Pretty five-year-old Alaska joined us when changes in her previous home upset her and caused her stress. Since coming into care Alaska has gradually become calmer and happier and now enjoys a cuddle, lap-sitting and having a fuss. She loves attention and being with people and likes being brushed to help her looking her tip-top-best. All good stuff as she is a lovely looking glossy black cat with unusual (Alaskan snow?) white accessories. Can you spot the particularly interesting markings on her front paw which she is helpfully holding up in her photo?
Alaska needs a patient and loving home with a cat-experienced person/s. It is obvious from our experiences with her so far that she needs the security of an environment where she would be an only pet, and young children were not a feature, as this appears to make all the difference to her quality of life and her temperament.
Could you offer Alaska a loving home?
